Refund Policy

At Mourne Peak, we want you to be delighted with your artwork. As our framed prints are made-to-order, our returns policy differs slightly from standard retail. Please read the following carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Custom-Made Items: As our products are created to your specific requirements, the statutory 14-day "right to cancel" does not apply. Once production has begun, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind.

  • Standard Items: For any non-customised goods, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, we will make it right:

  • Reporting: You must notify us at info@mournepeak.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged product and the external packaging.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return (where applicable), please ensure:

  • The request is made within the timeframe specified above.

  • The goods are in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • The items are not custom-made, personalised, or hygiene-sensitive goods that have been unsealed.

4. How to Return Your Items

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot issue a refund without physical receipt of the goods in good condition.

5. Refunds & Gift Returns

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will use the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
