Welcome to Mourne Peak (https://mournepeak.co.uk). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Store Orders & Contract

• Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email.

• Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch (e.g., pricing errors or stock unavailability). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

• Payment: All prices are in GBP and are subject to change. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

2. Products & Customisation

• Quality: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

• Variations: As our frames or mounts use natural materials, minor variations in wood grain or finish may occur.

• Colour Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display perfectly matches the physical print.

• Lead Times: Framed prints are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

3. Shipping & Liability

• Delivery dates are estimates provided by third-party carriers. Mourne Peak is not liable for delays caused by the courier once the item has been dispatched.

4. Returns, Damages & Faults

• Custom-Made Policy: Under UK law, the "14-day right to cancel" does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order items. As our framed prints are made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

• Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, notify us at info@mournepeak.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence of the item and packaging. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

• Statutory Rights: Within 30 days: Faulty items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • After 30 days: We will offer a repair or replacement in line with UK statutory rights.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage

• Ownership: Mourne Peak retains full copyright of all images.

• Usage: Purchase of a print grants a license for personal display only. You may not reproduce, redistribute or sell the imagery for commercial purposes.

• Website Content: Unless otherwise stated, we own the intellectual property for all website material. You must not copy, sell or republish content from this site without written consent.

6. User Comments & Linking

• User Content: We do not pre-screen user comments. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed offensive or in breach of these terms. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content.

• Hyperlinking: Specific organisations (Search Engines, News Outlets) may link to our site without prior approval. Others must request permission via email. We reserve the right to request the removal of any link to our website.

7. Privacy & Cookies

• We may use cookies to personalise your experience. Essential cookies are required for site operation; optional cookies for marketing or analytics can be managed via your browser settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mourne Peak shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
